Hi, I’m Tyler
I moved to the West Valley from Colorado in October 2026 and started Hum Ops. to do one thing well. I build the systems that keep small businesses running behind the scenes, so the owner isn’t holding everything together by hand.
Hum Ops. is just me. You talk to the person who builds your system, and that same person keeps it running afterward. I start with how your business actually works, use AI where it genuinely helps, and explain everything in plain English.

How much does this cost?
The Ops. Check and the walkthrough are free. First projects are small and fixed-price, and you’ll see the exact price in writing before you pay anything. Bigger builds are quoted per project, and ongoing care is optional and monthly.
What if it doesn’t work or isn’t done on time?
Your first project has a clear scope and goes live in about 14 days after I have your logins and info, or you get your money back.
Will this replace my staff?
No. It takes the copying, chasing and retyping off their plate so they can spend more time with customers.
I’m not technical. Is that a problem?
Not at all. That part is my job. You tell me how your business works, I build it, show you how it runs in plain English, and leave you a short written guide.
Is my data safe?
Your data stays in accounts you own. I use the minimum access I need, I never sell or share your data, and you can remove my access anytime. When AI tools are involved, I pick settings and providers that don’t train on your business data where that option exists, and I’ll tell you exactly which tools touch what.
Will AI say something weird to my customers?
Nothing customer-facing goes live until you approve it. AI drafts and you decide. For anything sensitive, a person stays in the loop.
Do I have to switch software?
Usually not. I start with the tools you already pay for and connect them. If something truly needs replacing, I’ll explain why and what it costs before we do anything.
What happens if something breaks?
Systems are built to fail safely and alert me. Care-plan clients get monitoring and fixes included, and I’ll always fix my own mistakes on anything I built.
Who owns what you build?
You do. Accounts, automations, data and documentation are all yours, with no lock-in.
Do you only work in the West Valley?
I’m based in El Mirage and happy to come by in person anywhere in the West Valley and greater Phoenix. Most of the work happens remotely, so I also work with agencies and online businesses across the US.
What is the Ops. Check?
