The short version
Hum Ops. is a one-person business run by Tyler Logan in El Mirage, Arizona. I only collect what you choose to send me through this site, I use it to reply to you and help your business, and I never sell or share it for anyone else’s marketing.
What I collect
- Ops. Check. Your answers about how your business runs, plus your name, email, business name and phone number if you give them. I also keep a PDF of your leak report and a link that can reopen it.
- Booking a walkthrough. Your name, email, business, phone if you pick a call, the time you chose, and anything you write about what you’d like to look at.
- Contact form. Your name, email, business and message.
- Basic server logs. The hosting provider records standard technical details like IP address and browser type to keep the site running and secure. I don’t use tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
How I use it
- To send you your report, reply to you, and hold the call you booked.
- To follow up about your business. You can tell me to stop at any time and I will.
- To understand, in general terms, where businesses tend to lose leads. If I ever share findings, they’ll be grouped and never name you or your business.
Who helps me run this
A few services process information for me so the site works:
- Netlify hosts the site and stores form submissions.
- Google runs my calendar and email. Bookings become Google Calendar events and invites, and video calls use Google Meet. The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts.
- cdnjs (Cloudflare) delivers the code that builds your PDF report, which happens in your own browser.
Each of these has its own privacy policy. I don’t sell your information or give it to anyone for their own marketing.
How long I keep it
I keep submissions for as long as they’re useful for working together, and no longer than two years after we last talked, unless you become a client and we agree otherwise. You can ask me to delete your information sooner.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete what I have about you. Email me at tylerlogan056@gmail.com and I’ll take care of it within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, I’ll update the date at the top of this page.
